DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
One of the engineering companies that designs a plant operating as part of equipment for the beneficiation of precious metal ores has received an application for the selection of single-screw pumps for dosing reagents.
SOLUTION:
The specialists of SOLTEC ® have developed and manufactured horizontal single-screw pumping units SOLTEC ® BM005S06FYV and BM011S02FYV in stainless steel, equipped with friction variators to adjust performance.
Technical details of screw pump BM005S06FYV:
- Pump type - horizontal
- Flow path material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Rotor material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Stator material - oil and petrol resistant rubber SOLTEC ® NBR-1294
- Pump working pressure - 4 bar
- Maximum outlet pressure - up to 6 bar
- Rated productivity - 2-14 l/h
- Nominal rotor speed - 167-1000 rpm
- Drive shaft seal type - single mechanical
- Installed power - 0.55 kW
