DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
From one of the regular customers, a company engaged in the production and service of equipment for coal mining and coal preparation enterprises, an application was received for a pumping unit for a station for preparing a flocculant solution.
SOLUTION:
SOLTEC ® specialists manufactured a horizontal single-screw pump unit SOLTEC ® BN031L01HYT with a dry-running protection system.
Technical details of screw pump BN031L01HYT:
- Pump type - horizontal
- Wet end material - carbon steel 20 with protective paint coating
- Rotor material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Stator material - oil and petrol resistant elastomer IRP-1294
- Working pressure of the pump - 3 bar
- Maximum outlet pressure - up to 6 bar
- Rated capacity - 2.5 m3/h
- Rated rotor speed - 341 rpm
- Drive shaft seal type - single mechanical
- Installed power - 1.5 kW
- Dry running protection - thermocouple in stator
- Cylindrical reducer - VARMEC RCV 241
- Pump inlet and outlet - flange DN 50 mm
