DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Pumping tomato paste.
SOLUTION:
For one of the regular customers, in connection with the expansion of production capacities, a pumping unit ONV-6-02 was produced.
Technical details of screw pump ONV-6-02:
- Pump type - horizontal single screw pump
- Material of the flow part - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Pump casing material - food grade NBR
- Pump screw rotation speed - 450 rpm
- Estimated outlet pressure - 6 bar
- Estimated productivity - 10 m3/h
- Drive shaft seal type - mechanical face seal
- Entrance - nut (coupling) DN 80 mm
- Output - nut (coupling) DN 50 mm
- Drive type - motor-reducer
- Engine power - 4 kW
