DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
For one of the developers of equipment for the oil and gas complex, the task was to install a pump for pumping oil and diesel fuel.
SOLUTION:
To solve this problem, the specialists of SOLTEK NMZ LLC chose the SOLTEC ® BN021S04FYX screw pumping unit.
Technical details of screw pump BN021S04FYX:
- Pump type - horizontal single screw pump
- The material of the flow part of the pump is steel 12X18H10T
- Pump screw material - steel 12X18H10T
- Pump casing material - IRP-1294 (NBR)
- Pump screw rotation speed - 513 rpm
- Estimated outlet pressure - up to 15 bar
- Estimated productivity - 700 liters per hour
- Drive shaft seal type - mechanical face seal
- Entrance - flange DN 25 mm
- Outlet - flange DN 25 mm
- Drive type - motor-reducer
