One of the largest oil service companies in the West Siberian region, providing services to oil companies in the field of enhanced oil recovery, set the task of selecting screw pumps for the modernization of hydration units. According to the customer's initial data, the pumps must provide a capacity of up to 1.2 m3/h at a pressure of up to 6 bar and be equipped with hydraulic drives.

To solve this problem, the specialists of the SOLTEC company have designed and selected the SOLTEC ® BN021S02FYG gerotor pumps, which provide a stable working pressure when pumping multiphase liquids based on oil with polymer fillers. The pumps provide productivity in the range of 0.1 - 1.2 m3/h, are equipped with M + S Hydraulic drives and are attached to the hoses using Camlock quick couplings.
