For one of the emulsion plants of a drilling and blasting company, the customer set the task of selecting pumping equipment for supplying the finished emulsion with a capacity of 2.5 m3/h at a pressure of up to 6 bar.

SOLTEC ® specialists developed, manufactured and delivered a horizontal single-screw pumping unit SOLTEC ® BN031L01FYBSXT made of stainless steel 12X18H10T. To operate the pump on thick sludge, the design additionally provides a screw feeder and a neck for attaching a receiving hopper.
