One of the major oilfield service companies providing services to oil companies in the field of enhanced oil recovery set the task of selecting a screw pump for the modernization of a mobile hydration unit. According to the initial data of the customer, the pump must provide a capacity of up to 2.1 m3/h at a pressure of up to 6 bar and be equipped with a hydraulic drive.

To solve this problem, SOLTEC ® specialists designed and selected the SOLTEC ® BN053S02FYG gerotor pump, which provides a stable operating pressure when pumping multiphase liquids based on oil with polymer fillers. The pump provides a performance in the range of 2.0-15.0 m3/h, is equipped with a hydraulic drive and is attached to the hoses using Camlock quick couplings.
