PROBLEM: Pumping building mixtures.

SOLUTION: SOLTEC^® manufactured a batch of 2L6 stators with an integrated crimp clutch. This design can significantly extend the service life of the stator by tightening the coupling as the stator is worn. 2L6 stators are used in many mortar pumps and plastering stations. Abrasion-resistant rubber allows you to pump all kinds of liquid building mixtures: sand-cement screed, plaster mortars, foam concrete, aerated concrete, self-leveling floors, multi-component mixtures, liquid and pasty masses and suspensions.

Technical details of the stator 2L6:

• The stator is made of abrasion-resistant, cold-resistant rubber according to a unique recipe.
• Performance - 60 l/min at 400 rpm
• Maximum outlet pressure - up to 30 bar
