DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
One of the service companies providing services to large oil and fat factories received a request for a single-screw pump unit. The pump will pump soap stock, footholds and other wastes from the oil and fat industry in the process of vegetable oils production.
SOLUTION:
To solve this problem, the specialists of the SOLTEC ® company have selected and manufactured a horizontal single-screw pumping unit SOLTEC ® BN053L01FY in stainless steel design.

- Flow path material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Rotor material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Stator material - IRP-1294 (nitrile butadiene rubber)
- Pump working pressure - up to 6 bar
- Nominal capacity - 24 m3/h
- Nominal rotor speed - 404 rpm
- Drive shaft seal type - single mechanical
- Installed power - 7.5 kW
- Climatic version of the electric motor - U2
- Cylindrical reducer - VARMEC RCV 352
- Pump inlet and outlet - flange DN100 mm, inlet flange turned 90 degrees.
