TASK: One of the leading companies for the production of explosives and drilling and blasting in Kazakhstan provided a technical task, under which the basic requirements are pumping of ammonium nitrate with heating at the pump.

SOLUTION: Designed, manufactured and supplied with the SOLTEC ^® single-screw pump unit BN038S02FYLX for pumping ammonium nitrate. To comply with these requirements, the specialists of the company SOLTEC ^® produced a screw pump in stainless design and additional heating of the working chamber, which made it possible to solve the problem of pumping ammonium nitrate with additional heating in the pump.
