DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

PROBLEM:

One of the regular customers, a company engaged in the production and service of equipment for coal mining and coal preparation enterprises, has received an application for a batch of pumping units for a flocculant solution preparation station.

SOLUTION:

SOLTEC ® specialists have developed and manufactured horizontal single-screw pumping units SOLTEC ® BN038L01HYT with a dry running protection system.

The material of the flow path is carbon steel 20 with a protective paint and varnish coating
Rotor material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
Stator material - oil and petrol resistant elastomer IRP-1294
