TASK: The customer, one of the main gold mining companies, was faced with the task of supplying a pumping unit for pumping sludge in an open sump.

SOLUTION: To solve this problem, the SOLTEC ^® company selected an assembly of screw pump SOLTEC ^® BV038L01FY.

Main characteristics of the screw pump BV038L01FY unit:

• Pump type - vertical single screw pump.
• The length of the submersible part is 550 mm.
• The material of the flow part is stainless steel 12X18H10T.
• Estimated discharge pressure is 4 bar.
• The maximum possible pressure is 6 bar.
• Estimated capacity - 7 m³/h.
• The type of drive shaft seal is a single mechanical seal. Characteristics of the electric motor - 3 kW, 380 V, 1500 rpm, common industrial design.
• The gearbox Varmec (Italy) provides the nominal speed of rotation of the pump screw 345 rpm.
