PROBLEM: Pumping mortar
SOLUTION: SOLTEC ® company, upon request of the customer, manufactured a batch of 2L8 stators with cuts in a metal sleeve. The cuts allow the use of a third-party crimp coupling: as the stator wears out, a portion of the sleeve is cut in order to tighten the stator more firmly with the third-party coupling. This design can significantly extend the service life of the stator. Stators 2L8 are used in many high-performance mortar pumps. Abrasion-resistant rubber allows you to pump all kinds of liquid building mixtures: sand-cement screed, plaster mortars, foam concrete, aerated concrete, self-leveling floors, multi-component mixtures, liquid and pasty masses and suspensions.
Technical details of a pair of 2L8:
- The stator is made of abrasion-resistant, cold-resistant rubber according to a unique recipe.
- Performance - 85 l/min at 80 vol
- Maximum outlet pressure - up to 30 bar
- The allowable size of solid inclusions is up to 16 mm
