PROBLEM: Plasticizer transfer.

SOLUTION: As part of this task, SOLTEC^® specialists selected and manufactured a single-screw stainless steel BV021S01FY vertical layout pump. This screw pump creates a working pressure of up to 4 bar and is designed individually for this task.

• Pump type - vertical single screw pump;
• The material of the flow part is stainless steel 12X18H10T;
• Stator material & ndash; abrasion-resistant rubber SOLTEC^® IIR-7-IRP-1348;
• Operating pressure at the outlet - 4 bar;
• Nominal performance & ndash; 1.1 m³/h;
• The speed of rotation of the drive shaft - 870 rpm;
• Type of drive shaft seal & ndash; mechanical seal;
• Installed capacity & ndash; 0.75 kW;
• Cylindrical reducer VARMEC.
