PROBLEM:

Pumping confectionery filling.

SOLUTION:

For our partner (a leading engineering company), to equip the designed production line, a horizontal single-screw pump ONV-1M based on the B015S02 gerotor pair was developed and constructed.

Technical details of screw pump ONV-1M:

Pump type - horizontal single-screw pump
Flow path material - steel 12X18H10T
Screw material (rotor) - steel 12X18H10T
Yoke material (stator) - food grade (51-3051)
Outlet pressure - up to 6 bar
Productivity - 0.1-0.5 m3/h
Drive shaft seal type - single mechanical end
The pump is made according to special order: input nut DN50, output nut DN25, without a geared motor, without a frame, on a bearing stand, complete with a coupling
