High-rise supply of a LIGHT WEIGHT FOAM CONCRETE to roof builds.

PUMP ASSIGNMENT:

Work as a part of a MOBILE VEHICLE – A LIGHT WEIGHT FOAM CONCRETE GENERATING MACHINE.
The machine generates and pumps a Light weight concrete for roof screeds, and filling concretes for construction frames.

DESCRIPTION of the PROJECT:

One of the oldest waterproofing company of Bahrain, AGA GULF ROOF, along with its waterproofing mortars, and thanks to its long experience in Lightweight Concrete Foam manufacturing, provides filling concrete mortars to contractors and end users.
SOLTEC is the Mortar Pump Supplying Partner to AGA GULF ROOF in development of a new “Lightweight Foam Concrete Truck” that will serve standalone more than 100m³ Lightweight foam concrete a day.
Lightweight foam concrete consists 13% of water.
The distance of pumping is up to 60m in total, including 20m in horizontal, and 40m in height.
MOBILE VEHICLE works on construction sites, outdoors conditions, at temperature up to 50°C.
The operation mode of MOBILE VEHICLE is mostly 6 days a week, 10 hours a day.
MOBILE VEHICLE is serviced by appr 5-6 workers.
The control system of the MOBILE VEHICLE provides dual direction control with soft starter and overload protection.
For this project the SOLTEC design department invented an exclusive pump of a high-rise light weight foam concrete supply from the mixing bunker.

Distinctive features of the pump BN076S01HZ are as the follows:

1. having an additional optional inlet nozzle that is made in the shape of 90° elbow, and installed on the main inlet nozzle of the pump, through the standard flange connection DN150mm, which allows to direct it in a circle at any angle;
2. the inlet nozzle is located in the horizontal plane of the pump, for convenient placement of the pump under the mixing bunker;
3. the connection of the pump with the input and output highways is performed by quick CAM LOCK connections;
4. the pump is equipped with a flexible pressure-suction hose for sand-cement mortars.

Thus, due to pumps quality and price characteristics, SOLTEC PUMPS together with AGA GULF ROOF WATERPROOFING MORTARS have taken a leading place in the Bahrain construction market of small-scale mechanization.
