OBJECTIVE: Request received from the industrial company for unloading the various liquid chemical components from barrels, cubic containers. The Customer specified that pumps should have low weight for enough mobility and shall be able to convey solutions of acids, alkalis and other chemically active liquids.

SOLUTION: Accordingly to the mentioned order, the specialists of SOLTEС ® have manufactured single-screw barrels BT020S01FY and BT020S01FYL. The pumps are made of stainless steel, capacity is up to 3 m³/h with working pressure up to 4 bar. For unloading of standard 200 liters. barrels are used models BT020S01FY with a length of the immersion part 1000 mm. For unloading of the Eurocubes are used the model BT020S01FYL with a length of the immersion part 1200 mm. BT020S01FYL equipped with explosion-proof electric motor in this case.
