SOLTEC® SQA pipe single-shaft MACERATOR

In this type of macerators, the movable blade is mounted on a transmission shaft to which torque is transmitted from a gearmotor, and the cutting grid is fixed in the body of the macerator.

The cutting pair has a technological gap and is located at an angle to the body, which ensures unobstructed discharge of hard-to-grind inclusions into the accumulation chamber in the lower part of the macerator.

SOLTEC ® SQA pipe twin shaft MACERATOR

SOLTEC® SQA series macerator shafts are equipped with cutting cutters with technological clearance. The gearmotor transmits torque to the macerator drive shaft, which is connected to the driven shaft by gears. The mass to be shredded passes between the cutting knives on the shafts. The cutters cut the fibers and shred the inclusions.

This type of macerators is characterized by high capacity (up to 250 m3/h) at low shaft speed (up to 100 rpm) and power (up to 4 kW).

The SOLTEC® SQA series macerator cutting roll system has an increased ability to shred organics, plastic and rubber inclusions, textiles and other dry impurities.

The cutting knives on the shafts of the SQA series macerator are hard chrome plated for hardness and durability.

This type of macerator allows fully automated operation: speed control of the cutting plates, overload and locking control, automatic reversing.

The cutting plates can be removed and serviced through the upper drive mounting flange.

The vertical arrangement of the shafts with cutting plates facilitates the shredding of solid inclusions.

In the lower part of the macerator housing there is an inspection window through which the sludge is removed.

The SQA series macerators can be installed horizontally or at an angle.

SOLTEC SQS hopper twin-shaft MACERATOR

SOLTEC® SQS series shredders are equipped with specially shaped cutting plates with technological gaps on two shafts. Each shaft with cutting plates has its own independent drive. The rotational speed can therefore be set independently for each shaft. The direction of rotation of the shafts can also be set independently.

The SQS series macerators are characterized by high capacity (up to 300 m3/h), efficient handling of particularly heavy media and increased cutting capacity.

Special mechanical shaft seals can be used in these macerators in cases where leakage of the medium is unacceptable.

The profile of the cutting plates can be individually tailored.

The speed and direction of rotation of the shafts can be individually adjusted.
