Under the request one of the leading enterprises in the area of the oil extraction in Kazakhstan, has been manufactured and shipped the single screw pump unit SOLTEC ® BN045S04HYYX for pumping of crude oil with water and sand content.

Aforesaid single screw pump has been designed under individual request of customer within which the major technical issues are very small size of the pump installation place and technological requirements such as capacity 5 m3/hour with pressure up to 22 bar.

To comply with these requirements, SOLTEC ® specialists have manufactured high pressure pump unit with using of the belt transmission system and the special design of the flexible joints that allowed minimise the overall dimensions of the pump accordingly to the place of installation.

Screw pump BN045S04HYYX has nominal capacity up 5 m3/hour with pressure up to 24 bar.

Taking into account the safety requirements for Oil and Gas Industry the pump equipped with electric engine that has explosion-proof level 1ExdIIBT4. Also drive shaft has double mechanical seal with flushing accordingly to the API682.
