Under the request one of the largest enterprises in the enrichment of copper ore in Kazakhstan, has been manufactured and shipped the screw pump unit BN063S02FYYSX for pumping of cupper pulp.

Taking into account of the content of sulfuric acid in the slurry, the pump is made from stainless steel. To prevent possible leakage of corrosive liquids, on the drive shaft is installed the double mechanical seal with flushing tank.

For avoiding of dead zones occurrence during pumping of a dense pulp in the chamber of the pump is set the screw feeder.

Performance of the pump unit is 14 m3 / h with pressure up to 12 bar. The drive shaft speed is 286 rev / min.

The pumping unit is equipped with an explosion-proof electric engine, as well as a gearbox of Italian firm VARMEC.
