Under the request of one of the leaders in the development of equipment for the mining industry, has been produced and supplied a pilot pump unit BN076S04HZS. The pump assignment for the study of the modes of the mining pulp pumping with different densities and viscosities.

For a more accurate tests the pump has an additional inlet flange which is located at the stator of the pump.

Capacity of the pump unit is 16 m3 / h and pressure up to 24 bar, the drive shaft speed 213 rpm.

The flow parts of pumps made of general industrial steel, rotor made of stainless steel. The pump unit are equipped with gearbox made by Italian company VARMEC.
