SOLTEC ® with Novomoskovsk Mechanical Plant have fulfilled one great project on the development of one of the leading producers of household chemistry. Due to well co-ordinated work of specialists of two companies, a new high-tech plant was supplied with 15 pump units, that’s why the productivity per shift is 340 t.

SOLTEC ® Single Screw Eccentric Progressing Cavity Pumps are the main means of conveying the different products of household chemistry, for example, detergents, shampoos, shower gel etc. The pumping is carried out in several phases: from reactors – into mud boxes, und after particular time, from mud boxes – to the prepacking line of products. All the pumps of SOLTEC ® Novomoskovsk Mechanical Plant are equipped with motor-reducers and work on low revolutions, that’s why the fluid is conveyed very carefully. When pumping the fluid does not foam and its structure does not damage.
